Step-by-step instructions
- 1Choose a licensed Depository Participant (bank, broker, merchant banker, or capital company) and confirm whether online KYC is available.
- 2Submit DEMAT account KYC with citizenship, photo, signature, bank details, mobile number, email, and guardian documents if the applicant is a minor.
- 3Receive your BOID/DEMAT number after the DP verifies and opens the account.
- 4Request Meroshare activation from the same DP, pay the Meroshare fee if required, and collect the login credentials sent by email or SMS.
- 5Log in to Meroshare, change the first password, update profile details, and keep the DP/client ID safe.
- 6Ask your bank for CRN/My ASBA activation, then verify the linked bank account inside Meroshare for IPO applications.
- 7Choose a licensed broker, submit broker KYC, and request TMS login credentials for secondary market buy/sell orders.
- 8After TMS approval, change the password, set security details, load collateral if required, and test a small watchlist before placing orders.
